You may sign up your math club at any time. However, clubs must reach Silver or Gold Level Status by the deadlines listed below to be entered into the drawings for the respective levels. 

Club Prize Drawing Deadlines

 March 2, 2012 - Deadline for MATHCOUNTS Club Programs to reach Silver Level. Applications for Silver Level Status must be received by MATHCOUNTS as of this date for entry to the Silver Drawing.

March 30, 2012 - Deadline for MATHCOUNTS Club Programs to reach Gold Level. Applications for Gold Level Status must be received by MATHCOUNTS as of this date for entry to the Gold Drawing.
